How Can We Do This:

1. Align your mind with Christ
2. Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you
3. Release yourself to God
4. Read and quote Scripture
5. Pray without ceasing
6. Lean on spiritual friends
7. Trust God to let you not be troubled
