Being a Christian brings into our lives the cross of Christ and the fellowship of His sufferings. In other words, when we give our lives to Christ, we are going to suffer with Christ.

So what about our world today, my friend? In these days, more and more of God’s people are really under attack for our faith. As Christ overcame, we will overcome! We are living in end times.

It’s easy to step back and say nothing or do nothing, but should we remain silent? Should Christians stand up and be counted to change the narrative? When attacked, take the matter to God in prayer seeking …

• His wisdom to know what is really going on in the attack. What is Satan really after?
• His help to know if you should respond and how to do it.
• His courage to stand up when the time comes.

If we do not look to God first, the attack will infiltrate and affect us personally. It will affect our family, our church, and our nation because we live in it. Satan wants to do so much more; He wants to affect our Christian witness.

“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” 1 Peter 5:8 (ESV)

Remember, my friend, you are victorious! You’re more than a conqueror in Christ! God’s got you! When we have questions, there is only one place to go and that is to the Word of God. Only God can help us see our nation through His eyes and not through the eyes of men.

Then, you can be confident in knowing that when you stand up for a nation in crisis, God and the fullness of who He is will be standing up with you! His courage is your courage! “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10 (ESV)
