Valentine’s Day will soon arrive and many people will purchase gifts to give as an expression of love to their spouses and loved ones. In addition to giving candy, flowers, and other gifts, I want to encourage you to pray for your spouse. We all stand in need of prayer.

Also, make up your mind today that whomever that person is in your family you need to forgive; find them, call them, go to them, and say, “Please forgive me.” Just forgive me. Life is too short to waste any more time living with bitterness, hatred and unforgiveness. The same love God extends to us, we can through Christ, extend to others. When we love like Jesus, we will experience the unbelievable beautiful timing of reconciliation –the warmth of that embrace.
