Masses of people in our neighborhoods and churches all across the world today actually believe that it is what we do, that earns us favor with the Lord. Yet the Bible teaches us clearly that the opposite is true. James tells us that once you are saved through faith in Jesus Christ your salvation is totally secure. Once you truly understand your identity in Christ, everything changes.
