In His great love for us, Jesus made Himself of no reputation to come down to us to reveal Himself to humanity, as humanity, that He may experience the pain of our sufferings. This should be a reminder that we have a place to go when we experience hardships, difficulties, loss and trials of all kinds. For this reason, we take up our circumstances, which is our cross and go to Jesus in prayer. Then, we are able to work them out through Him and His Word. As we empty ourselves to Him, He fills us!
