How can we serve the Lord Jesus Christ and be alive to ourselves at the same time? He alone enables us to live lives that are pleasing to Him in ways that we in and of ourselves cannot do. God is raising up people to be poured out.

We battle not against flesh and blood, but against powers and principalities and things present and things to come. Christ emptied Himself to do the will of His Father. God’s Word says that we need to have the same attitude.
